RealCRM ("we", "our", "us") is a CRM platform operated by Catasell. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our application at realcrm.catasell.com.

• Google account tokens (when you connect Google for Calendar/Gmail integration)
• CRM data you enter (leads, contacts, projects, builders)
• Usage logs and activity within the application

3. How We Use Your Information

• To operate and provide the RealCRM service
• To send calendar invites and emails on your behalf (only when Google is connected)
• To improve the platform and fix issues
• We do not sell your data to third parties

4. Google API Usage

When you connect your Google account, we access Google Calendar and Gmail APIs solely to send meeting invites and booking confirmations on your behalf. We store only the OAuth refresh token needed to maintain this connection. We do not access, store, or share any other Google account data.

Our use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Data Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Access tokens are stored securely in our database and are never shared with third parties other than the respective Google APIs.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.
